Shaped Hoop Skirt

This hoop is shaped with eight rounded sections on a circular hoop base.  It has a drawstring waistband.  It is made with hoop steel and grosgrain ribbon.

This hoop was intended to be worn with an eight paneled skirt designed to fit this hoop and then is tied down to the hoop supports.  We can not guarantee that wearing it under any dress will give the desired effect.
