In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll do everything in our power to make it right and ensure your satisfaction.

Our clothing is crafted with the utmost care, and we hope it fills your world with joy. However, as each piece is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns.  We encourage you to check our size guides carefully and reach out to our friendly customer support team at hello@fawnholley.com with any questions before placing your order.

In the unlikely event that we're unable to resolve the issue with your order, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Rest assured, we'll do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction.
