Welcome dreamers and designers! We're so excited that you're interested in working with us to create a one-of-a-kind, fairytale-inspired garment. Before you fill out the form below, here's a little guide to how our process works so you know what to expect:
How Our Commission Process Works
Fill Out the Form
Tell us all about your dream dress (or cloak or skirt- we love them all!). The more details you can provide - style, inspiration, colors, fabric preferences, and reference photos - the better we can understand your vision. We will not copy someone's work to our knowledge. If you send us a photo of someone else's work and want something similar, we will make some design changes.
Review & Approval
Once we receive your request, we'll review it and let you know if it's something we can create. We'll talk through the design ideas with you, give you an estimated price, and answer any questions you may have before we move forward.
Quote & Deposit
After we settle on a design, we'll provide a final quote. If you'd like to move ahead, we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your spot and a signed Commission Agreement.
Creation Time
We'll begin working our magic! During this stage, we may share progress updates or ask for your input on small details (trim, color shades, etc.) Please note that timelines may vary depending on the complexity - we'll give you an estimated completion date at the start.
Final Payment & Delivery
When your garment is finished, we'll send you photos for approval. Once the remaining 50% balance is paid, we'll carefully package it and ship it to you with tracking.
Things to Keep in Mind
Measurements Matter: Your piece will be made to the measurements you provide, so please measure carefully!
Creative Freedom: We do our best to follow your design ideas closely, but sometimes we'll make small adjustments to ensure the final piece looks and feels amazing. We will do our best to follow your fabric choices and colors, but we are also limited to what fabrics are available to us.
Refund Policy: Because your garment is made just for you, deposits are non-refundable and refunds cannot be issued once the piece is completed.
